4. Cancellations, refunds and consumer rights

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once food preparation has started, cancellation or refund options may be limited where permitted by law.

Promotions, rewards and Drip Points offers may have separate eligibility rules, expiry dates, exclusions or redemption conditions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other promotions.
